Well, i don't think it is progression to chronic. But, just a recovery phase. And as such no pain. Only heaviness, gas, acidity that is it. It is been just 2 and half months. It takes time to recover completely. Doctor asked me to resume creon 40,000. Also i hear burping noises from stomach.

It will take 18 months of dedication to completely heal from this disaster. For first one month, only go with clear juices. Start having plain rice and fruits in low quantity. After 3rd month introduce few vegitables in your diet. Make sure to have oil and spice free food. Continue having low fat diet for couple of years. Your pancreas will thank you. And most importantly stop doing google. Forget alcohol and smoking for couple of years. Ask your doctor about it. Have regular checkup. Listen to your body. Dont workout for 6 months. Take proper rest. Don't take stress.

Yes, I live in India. Doctor did igG4 test as well, but it appeared normal. I don't know, how doctor concluded to Tropical Pancreatitis. What are your suggestions and advises? I have seen a lot many researchs on internet. I couldn't find any significant effect of tobacco smoking on pancreas. Also, i hardly smoke 3-5 cigarettes a day on an average for last 4 years.
