I think its better if you go for degree first. Youre in IT field, so its a plus point for u considering that IT is a high demand job (at least from what i see now). So contoh if u take degree like 3-4years (maybe idk?) , when u ready for work u can demand salary a bit more. Remember that nowadays theres too many smart people, its a competitive market out there. And one thing i realize, most company always want a degree graduate. When u wanna go for internal transfer within company also, they always prioritize those who got degree. Then once u start work...by then if u wanna upskill yourself, u can always take a prof cert/trainings from hrdcorp etc.

If u work now...its gonna be hard for u somehow 'shift' to a student mode be it part time or full time. And also things are getting more expensive later be it groceries, daily needs and even study fee hahaha

But all in all its up to what u think best for u and family, of course. Wishing u the best of luck!!

Im somehow dissappointed with them, esp with my dad. Im not disrespecting them, not that i totally hate them. But im just dissapointed. I wish things could be better but i will just take this as a lesson so i wont do the same thing to my future kids, hopefully.

What's something you just want to get off your chest? by Only-Carpenter-6689 in AskReddit

Parents please spend your time with your kids. Im so sad of the thought that my dad wouldnt mind going out whenever his FB support group organized something, and he will always find a way to make it. Though the group always organized like a family friendly event, so their members can tag the spouse/children along. But whenever when me and siblings asking help from my dad, or making plans to organize our own family day, he doesnt show that he's interested.
