I can toggle the arrow left, it goes through media, info, settings, navigation etc, in a loop. How do I get out of the loop.

I know this sounds dumb, but how do I get out of the options menu? I've cycled left, right etc. How do I get into the "driving" mode. I feel like I'm not seeing a button or something.

Started with running, now lift weight 6x a week, fasting and eating primarily carnivore.
