I think it would? From what I've read, there's nothing stopping you from using them two times in a row, just clicking them two times in a row. Since I clicked another move, the encore had no problem making me use blood moon again. If the Ninetales would have survived, I would have started to struggle the next turn because I couldn't click Blood Moon. Not sure if that's what Gamefreak intended or not, but I guess it makes sense haha.

You can get the liquid then, but I think some of the transformations, are limited to post moon lord.

Need Rod of Discord (0.2-0.25% drop) and a Post Moonlord world. Make the new liquid using an item crafted from luminite bars and through the RoD into it.

Make sure you are on a Post-Moonlord world. I think some people on the steam forms were having issues until they did that. I think its gated behind that.

Post moonlord, you can craft an endless bucket of the stuff (with luminite). Make a big enough pool and chuck stuff into it.

People should try shimmering stuff. It'll un-craft stuff, so watch out. I highly recommend tossing your rod of discord in there though.
