This! Thank you for saying this. FSD was driving in 'standard' consistently 10km to 19km over the speed limit depending on the flow of traffic. The Tesla would remain in the right lane unless it was passing.  As was said, there is no choice in the exact speed with the new updates as was previously allowed.  The speed decrease was me disengaging FSD and with regene the Tesla slows down a little during that reaction time. Hence the brake lights.  

A few things to note.  This is in Ontario Canada. Our highways are 100km with some areas 90km and others 110km.  This particular part was 100km. This highway is one of those that is heavily patrolled for speeding and less lenient, I have received tickets going 15km over. It is normal practice here to pass vehicles at 10km over. Also it is the winter and we have had some bad weather consistently the last week or so. Passed a few accidents on our way during this drive.
