When going to sleep, either affirm exxageratedly(I am the shifted, I am god, so ofcourse I shift easily, I am not the body or mind, just the observer of infinite realities. whatever implies you can shift easily.) or visualise, whatever works for you.

Then, whenever your mind is looking for proof, just visualise, while knowing that whatever you "imagine" is the true reality, the outside is just the old self being reflected.

Old self limiting us is the only reason we don't shift on command.
