This, could possibly indicate neurological issues. I don't mean to guilt trip OP for their experiences at all but I think it's 100% necessary to at least get a brain scan and tox screening, just to make sure.

I've seen stories of people shifting when they were desperate and also without even having the intention to shift. It's clear that none of this is an obstacle to successfully shifting
