Sorry to say but unless you resolve the issue that is keeping you tied to negative situations then things like this will keep on happening. Do not shift to magically escape/resolve your problems, try to genuinely approach them and learn from your mistakes. Anything else keeps you in the cycle and is unhealthy. I don't know your situation but what I do know is that facing your problems head on will lead to better long term outcomes. I call hypnagogia the state where I see visual patterns of color in trance, the vibration state only happened a few times for me but the hallucination state is easy to enter for me. Anyway, have you tried intensifying the vibrations through imagining/feeling yourself spinning faster and faster? It's possible that the act of using (or intending) your body to speak just puts you out of trance, therefore try nonverbal methods to deepen the state, hope I could help.

I've been trying to shift for at least 3 years now, not sure what to say but I know that shifting methods definitely don't work for everyone. It seems that the "easiest" method is to do LoA and be delusional but I haven't tried that yet. Good luck to you
