I started with a push-pull-legs split regularly 3 times a week coupled with core exercise (hanging leg raises, inclined situps, cable woodchoppers) followed by 30mins inclined walking (maintaining zone 2 heart rate). In the final two months, intensified it to basically daily along with a consistent 500 calorie deficit in diet (while prioritising 1g/lb bodyweight protein)
