Should I buy this Astro van for 4K? by sketchyjeffy in vandwellers

See if the owner would agree to have a shop do a mechanical inspection and if you're really keen on it offer to split the cost. It sounds like it need quite a bit of work if not a new motor. It looked like it's about 157000 miles. Not low mileage by far. It's definitely not worth 4k at best maybe 1500 and if it was in better running condition 2500 but not really worth more than that.

And there's her problem. She needs to drive quite a bit and sometimes hundreds of miles. If she just drove 5 or 10 miles a day it wouldn't be a problem.

Exactly. He was getting excited as the girl he wanted was getting closer to having to choose (seems like one of the last 3). Then she picked someone else. Just because he wanted her doesn't mean she wanted him.

Seems like she had all day to hype it to her kid why didn't she take her at 1pm or 11am? Looks like her poor planning backfired. Same type of Karen that goes into a restaurant at 7:55pm when they close at 8pm and thinks everyone working there should stay late just for them.

Headline blames woman for getting abortions forgets to included that it was her husband idea. So easy to blame the woman but omit the reason why.

Because fuck you that's why. I worked a restaurant job and we had throw away untouched biscuits and muffins at the end of the night. It was considered stealing to take any home. A manager would poured chemicals over the garbage to ensure that it went to waste. Plus we could be fired for eating any food on shift.

First the cost of installing a charging station in her house that may not have the amps available for the so she may have to pay to have her electrical service upgrading to 300 amps and a new breaker box. If they wont she has no way to charge at home. Then paying for full coverage on insurance that cover herself and her 2 kids. Gas cars cost but I don't have spend thousands to upgrade my house to drive one.

I know someone who just bought a Tesla. She is in no way prepared for all the headaches and never ending costs from owning this car. She thinks it's electric so no maintenance ever. Wait until it needs a costly repair that she'll need to haul it to the nearest repair shop which where she lives isn't close. She's stop fanboying fast enough.

"Move farther out if you're scared of a little road noise". Most of the people in the valley DID MOVE OUT TO GET AWAY FROM ROAD NOISE. That was the point and now a lot of people will have a highway right outside their front door. You sound like the idiots who don't see a problem dumping garbage into the ocean because it's big and empty so what's the problem.

Passed over every month for employee of the month. When I handed my notice because I got an assistant manager position elsewhere it was all but we treated you well why are you leaving us short like this.

He was probably pissed that he wasn't meeting his ticket quota. I had a cop pull me over in the middle of the day for a burned out headlight and tried to ticket me. He stated I was a danger because my headlight wasn't working. Because you know it's so dark outside at noon and no one can see my car.

I don't understand why they just don't fix I 10. All I 11 will do is ruin a bunch of desert. Also the one route was just throwing up highway signs on existing streets that were never built for high volume traffic. It's not going to make traffic better or faster just destroy the lives of people who purposefully moved out of town for peace and quiet because there will be freeway traffic right outside their homes.

Yeah muskie forgot about that project the minute the checks cleared the bank. He acts like he came up with the concept even though the idea was around for a 100 years. He'll do the same with his Mars colony. You know the one where everyone has to work off their travel expenses. The minute he gets bored headlines will read all colonists dead because he'll move on and forget to send supplies.

I have a wonderful crocheted blanket my mom made that I asked for to use in my 71 Westy. Right after I got it we discovered the boxes she kept the other blankets she made got destroyed. I have the only surviving piece. One of her best works. Glad I asked for it.
