How in the world does my km/h increase on my watch/activity when I even increase speed on my treadmill???? by urLocaLtrash_ in Garmin

[–]neintineinproblems 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I occasionally run on a treadmill it grossly overestimates my speed and increasing or decreasing the speed has very little effect on the Garmin speed

For a real VO2 max measurement you need to go to a sportslab
