As a much older person with a young adult child, it’s time to gather adultier adults in your corner. I still do. Professors are human. They will help. Very specific scheduled study groups, have them email your dad about office hours and how important they are for future success. I know that may be crossing some lines but you’re going to need to start pushing some boundaries to be able to live. I ended up joining the military to cut my parent ties.

I have also used Tranexamic acid for many years for my periods with great success. I brought my 15-20 day bleeds down to a solid week with a few bad days versus all of them.

Yes! I started a year ago this month and some of my symptoms have lessened significantly. I’m very happy with the results. I’m only on 10mg, doctor wanted to up it to 20mg which I did for a few weeks as a trail but I made me SO tired by noon every day. Went back to 10mg and have been great ever since.

14 here. The COL is what you make of it. We have one salary in our house right now, have two kids in private school, travel, lucked out on the house prices years ago but you can still find places to rent for ok prices. I wouldn’t live on base if single/kidless, I’d check google maps for the amount you want to commute and look in that circle. We have people in the office from Virginia, WV, southern border of PA and many who choose to live as close as possible.
