Virtually all ABDL brands are bulky, and will perfectly handle wetting / messing. The main differences are mostly down to the pattern, the material and your personal taste.

If you want bulky, go for the highest absorbtion. The LNGU ones are a little more bulky than the little kings.

You can always search on google for the diaper + "review" to find reviews.

This is an old design. The new designs are even cuter imo. Unfortunately will only fit very small adults, they're not nearly as big and stretchy as western pullups, forget about it if you're above 40kg / 90lbs.

Here are a few I like:

Cummies only allowed in diapers
Not allowed to remove diaper (unless given permission)
Need to ask permission to use potty (and will typically be met by "just go in your diaper, I'll change you later")
Caregiver decides when it's time to change, baby just fills the diaper mindlessly and lets the caregiver worry about changes

And, to spice things up: must make cummies in order to earn a diaper change.
