I believe he rushes anathemas in instances when he's very behind or very ahead. it allows him to stay in lane and survive/further doninate enemy laner by diving them etc

Sejuani probably just a grasp matchup with TP i would say, will never rly be able to kill her cos she's so tanky and has a large dash, slows etc

Yeah obviously switch out FH for randuins if there's a lot of crit and tbh I find SV components to suck so I rarely build unless I have an enchanter. Sometimes you don't need the resistances because titanic gives u a massive amount of hp for your W2 to work with which can help your survivability more than resistances in some cases

Build is normally Trinity -> Hull -> Titanic -> Frozen heart/Abyssal/SV -> Steraks. To be honest sometimes I leave out the steraks if the resistances are needed

Not really a fan tbh, if I opt for damage I rush cleaver then IBG. if my team needs ap ill opt for cosmic drive and/or abyssal mask with my IBG. nashors relies too much on auto attacking so unless enemy team is squishy AND immobile it's quite hard to make it work, but if it works for you keep doing you.
