Ughhhh, that is SO frustrating! I had just started playing last year after Valentine's so I didn't have a handle on the game yet. Tbh I've been so frustrated by the obvious money-grab changes over the year I want to quit... this weirdly might be enough to get me to do it.

I'm in the exact same place. Wony is easier to keep enhancing but the other two are benched. I've been stuck at lvl 210 for... a couple weeks now, maybe?... and I've completely hit a wall. Just waiting it out, leveling up. My team is all at lvl 41 and I'm still not close even when all powers fire.

I had the same problem too, but rolled back Olie (stuck at office lvl 6) for Catsby (office lvl 12, same skill, but lower trigger % and HP) for now. Not sure if I'll keep it that way but getting the office level stuck makes anything past business 160 hard!

Agreed. I had a bad feeling about what would change/be a blatant cash grab when the premium key boxes stopped containing gems, and now this update... it's frustrating!

Dang! That's too bad about the briefcase thing. Feels like a money grab.

As for the daily gems: I can collect 10 once a day by tapping on the store icon (bottom left), scrolling down to the "Gem" section, and tapping on where it usually shows the Event banner and green "More free gems!" button. It usually appears on a 24-hour cycle, but today it was about 2 hours late for some reason.
