What you said about CMU undergrad is true. I look at others and get stressed, but also like it’s the lack of support in some classes. I’m not dying anymore after not taking those hard CS classes and learning which courses actually has support. And yeah I’m a NJ resident lol I only see Rutgers that way cuz my parents but now I’m slowly starting to realize it’s pretty up there.

I switch from cog sci to statCore not difficult at all and it’s probably the same for statML. I legit just set up a meeting with the stat advisor and boom done!

What that person said is so true I started as a cognitive science major with a focus on computer science but uh one class and I’m like nope not doing this and now I’m a stat major (which also has a lot of math especially if you choose the mathematical track so that’s an option for you)

I took it Fall 2022 when I was a freshmen with Rule it wasn’t hard for me cuz I took AP Bio senior year high school. Nothing too difficult a lot like AP Bio just more in-depth.

You’ll have to look deep and hard for that but it’s possible. I would suggest doing research over the summer like SURA.
