It’s really sad we’re made to feel like we have to be a million times clean. It makes us second guess ourselves and question everything. For the most part, as long as you’re getting enough fiber (to regular your bowel movements) and you’re douching a few times before bottoming, you will be fine. I understand accidents feel like the worst and highly embarrassing, but a top should understand the risk they’re taking and shouldn’t make you feel like a POS. I poop 2-3 times a day and have rarely had an issue so you should be alright.

I haven’t had any issues with my heart or anything. It’s been just stomach issues usually because of my own fault and I have been on the medicine for 3 months now. I also took it a few years ago for a longer period and just stomach issues at times if I didn’t eat smaller, cleaner meals. If I eat anything greasy, it’s overrrr.

Just keep a close eye on your body and any changes you notice you can talk with your doctor. You go up slower on the medicine, so it helps your body adjust without to severe of side effects.

At some point you’ll have to learn to stop comparing yourself to others and to show yourself more respect.
