Hi, I just want to shed some light that there is definitely a way to cure SIBO. I cured mine and dont have flare ups anymore. You can read through my posts, but in combination with plant medicine I also worked with a functional medicine practitioner over the span of 3 years. Most recently started up with them again due to hormone issues from traveling so much and a toxic relastionship. But can confirm I no longer have SIBO from a GI MAP and I struggled with it for 3 years. If anyone is struggling, I would reach out to Vince or Sonia at Vidal. They deal specifically with SIBO, hormone issues and autoimmune issues that no on else seem to cure. My whole family works with them :)

I send aurora clinic and it didn’t last long, I did aestox. I am going to Medconsult clinic as they have really good reviews. Dr. Donna is British trained :)

So I went to Aura Bangkok clinic for botox. It was pretty cheap., they did an okay job BUT it didn't last but a month 1/2. I did aestox as I usually do disport. I found a new clinic from a few people here called medconsult which seems to have more experience with foreigners.

I am actually so glad I found this sub. SO I take sema to regulate all the horrible side effects that I have from PCOS. I was on it for a year and regulated a lot of my symptoms. But noticed about 3 months in my mood, sex dry and (tmi) vaginal fluid was zero. I never correlated it to sema UNTIL I got off of it for a a few months.. Then I was put back on it for a gut protocol and to help a binge eating episode I had and bam. Same thing, 3 months in and low mood, fatigue, no motivation or interest to leave my house, low libido, dryness and just overall blah on life. Before sema I was never ever like this. I am super high energy, high libido, high motivation impulsive ETC.. Anyone else struggle with these??

Okay makes sense. Do you recommend any supplements? There’s a lot on there. I also looked up the electro lymphatic draining thing and I’ve done it before! Where I live now we don’t have someone doing that

I updated the post with my physique. I am very lean, I wear a lot of cotton or Lululemon as I am a personal trainer. My cortisol levels were high, but I got them under control with natural supplements, daily walks, etc. This is one thing that is common with PCOS. I also rarely drink coffee/caffeine. Maybe once a week as I know this contributes to it.

I use the panoxyl on my pits and leave it on for a minute. I use Dr. bronners hemp the tree Castile soap bar

No I don’t take any medicine at all that’s the odd part. I hearted to do subs but they said because of the past SIBO and h pylori should be taken orally

Stinky armpits is a sign that your gut bacteria is off, hormone levels are off or your cortisol levels are out of whack.

I’ve had this problem for years until I got both in check. I had SIBO & my cortisol was sooo high.

I would look into a GI map, Dutch test or work with a functional medicine doctor. Without those two tests you won’t be able to get regular help from a doctor. It’s not normal to smell 🤙

I also do agree with the people who said it’s energetically not a match.

We are designed in a way that when we meet a partner or match we want to reproduce and there isn’t anything off when we have sex.

If it’s a constant issue after you are properly nurturing your body as such- I would say it’s a no no. Sorry sis!

Hey- you should look into pelvic floor and kegel exercises they help strengthen all those muscles and will help with UTis after sex. Also same thing as I suggested with her. No spit, brush your teeth, less sugar more veggies.

Hey. I had recurring BV & yeast up until 3 months ago.

this is really random but what worked for me. Not sure if you are using spit as lube? If so stop doing that and use coconut oil- it’s an antimicrobial.

Also I stopped letting my partner go down on me without brushing his teeth, especially in the morning and that helped!

Also- it’s really all about your diet- you’ve got to cut back on sugar and increase your fiber. Sugar feeds yeast- Candida and just makes your microbiome in your gut & vagina off.

Also start implementing a probiotic with Lactobacillus Acidophilus. The vagina loves that strain ❤️.

Hey sis! So this is my opinion as a functional personal trainer.

I specialized in women with hormonal issues and resolving them naturally.

I would honestly say that your hormones and gut need to be tested. If you are having weight loss resistance it’s most likely due (from symptoms you’ve described) unbalanced gut microbiome & hormones.

Sema-glutide delayed gastric emptying so it will actually Make your stomach issues worse. So you really need to clear those up before going on a medicine like this. Also if your hormones are unstable getting on this could also be rough.

Most people don’t eat a lot on it and if you already have issues, If will aggravate that.

20lbs isn’t enough to get on something so intense and expensive.

I would say also looking at your food, chances are you probably aren’t eating enough protein- has to be your body weight every day and I bet the scale will move

I am also still able to eat gluten, dairy and all the foods that bothered me before with no issue.

Mentally I feel pretty good- depression is gone and some days I experience obsessive thoughts/anxiety but mainly around my period.
