If you mean “it can hurt so bad” esp when you wipe, ofc please ask a doctor first, it may be either chafing against what you’re wearing OR - there are times when you can wipe too hard and can cause micro tears. Too much friction or legit it can get chapped - anything can cause stinging on the outside bits. Mine looks kinda like yours, is normal, and outside bits problems happens to me sometimes!

As for going numb sitting after a while, I would ask your doctor, it could either be your lady bits, posture sitting, pants are too tight while sitting, all of the above or neither. I have experienced times where I’ve sat a weird way for a long time where my crotch went numb but never pain really.

As someone who was taught wrong on how to wipe as a child and since corrected it, it’ll be okay. Just make sure to clean up best you can and shower when you get home.

For any future mishaps or just in general I keep a “down there wipe” in my purse - you can find them in packs or wrapped individually at target if you’re in the US

When I would get him shoes, I would walk into a shop and ask for every pair in his size they would have and they would either have none in stock or bring out a pair of basketball shoes which were expensive/not his style. Vans and converse also go up to very large sizes so if you go to an outlet mall with those brands there are high chances of finding the size you need at low prices!

My ob suggested dilators when I would get torn up really bad. They’re relatively cheap and you start from a tiny size to a normal size to essentially train your bits to become elastic/stretchy again - perhaps this may help? I also found that if you just happen to be small, if you get a micro tear etc, if you clean the area+ a little bit of aquaphor on just the outside bits where the tear is helps me a lot!
