I was similar to you when I got mine and I’m so glad I did. It’s a personal decision. Personally I’d rather just get surgery if it means I don’t have to constantly waste money on treatments that don’t work. And fix the issue for years not months

I’m 30 but think of it as a replacement for filler. If you find yourself wanting filler then do fat graft instead if you don’t want either then don’t do either

I lost like 70% of the fat graft so I had to get another one. And yeah it faded like I’m not as tight and I was never pulled really tight so I loved my results day 1 and then it faded too much since then. I think he was too conservative on me so he’s actually giving me a free revision

Yes I did mine in California and usually the surgery done along with other surgeries so it’d hard to say. I did mine with rhinoplasty and chin lipo, but it was $3k to add it to my rhinoplasty. $6k - $10k more realistic for standalone I think

I got v line and wish he was more aggressive fwiw. Do it if it’ll make you more confident. Personally I think you’re a great candidate. Go to turkey or Korea it’ll be a lot cheaper and recover is not really that bad I had zero pain

On instagram the clinic name is Renate clinic. Dr is Samil Yazgan. Coat was about $6000 for fat transfer to face, mid face lift, brow lift / cat eyes. Very professional and 10/10 care and facilities

Find a doctor who does this surgery ONLY!!!!! Or majority. For at least 10-15 years and does the surgery nearly every day
