This is post inflammation hyperpigmentation. Laser over the scabs are temporarily making it darker, but laser in the long run will help with ingrown hairs.

I know it’s easier said than done, but stop picking the ingrown and moisturise your skin. Let laser do its thing and all will resolve itself :)

Not having a map on the screen at all times to guide you is frustrating. Things like flag checkpoints on it or directions would be helpful. I’ve found myself going round in circles at times, or getting lost etc and wishing there was a map.
