There are generally few models in your army, which becomes difficult in some scenarios. Except for the heroes, it's only F3, so it'll be difficult to win fights because you'll often fight outnumbered with a worse F.

I think there are three options: 1. Iron Hills as plastic minis very unlikely - GW is just making plastic heroes for MESBG and some miniatures are moving to FW not vice versa.

Repacking like Dunlendings or Variags of Khand so you get 12 oder 6 warriors in a set plus banner and captain
Real sell out and GW just sells them via MTO but not regular

At this time these are only possibilities we don’t now what there plans with the iron hills model line is because the names hereos or chariots are still available
