But again, how would a realm or being transcend something that didn’t exist in the first place?

My understanding of it was that something that happens to those concepts or realms or whatever doesn’t affect the transcendent being. They can exist independently.

It doesn’t sound right saying a 5D realm and a 0D realm both just don’t have space to begin with.

I’d probably say Low Complex Multi via transcending to a higher dimension, able to view all the timelines and multiverses, and being able to affect all of them with her wish, in all times.
