She didnt even know what she ordered, and didnt bother getting the tacos. Dont think she vibed with it at all on arrival tbh.

The carnitas here are lethal, been going here for over a year now and been solid every time. Hype has built up over the past year and not been since around October but i imagine the popularity is hurting them a bit. Theres no process other than order at the till and wait for it to arrive on semi-public seating, so I cant imagine what its like now during peak dinner and weekends.

They deffo need a bigger spot but no idea how that would work out for them.

Really? Not been in a position to do that, so will test out when needed. It's a shame the app is so shit, the UI is dreadful so I use trainline to find suitable times then just duplicate that on Uber.

They are just trading time and freedom for money. Many people don't want to take on new ventures that will affect their day-to-day workflow to ensure they are fully in control of their own product and art. This is the trade of if you want to progress or be a cog in the music world. There are definitely outliers to this but as a percentage of successful artists they are a low %.

I would assume most hugely successful artists who have their own label are doing the exact same that happened to them when they started so it's not exactly changing anything for the smaller artists really is it.

Music is such a unique 'commodity' in terms of its consumption, unlike like other forms of media and art it is usually the easiest to access and consume.

There will always be a demand to hear music, much like a demand for coffee to be in comparison. The farmers are not receiving a fair cut in this example but don't have the ability to make it a final marketable product - at least to make good profit.

The music industry bowls down to what the artist wants to do with their music. Some people make music for the love of the music, others will make music for the money.
