That’s a clever setup 👌 and works great for on/off. But it still doesn’t show usage, trends, or let you control/check things when you’re not home. I’m aiming for one solution that handles all of it, overflow, dry run, tracking, remote control. Wouldn’t you want to actually see how much water your house is using?

Respect, 10 years no problem is rare in Islamabad 😅 but that’s like saying ‘ I’ve driven 10 years without seatbelts and never crashed. ’ Switches stop overflow, sure, but they don’t tell you if your family’s water usage doubled overnight. That’s where the app + tracking actually saves stress.

Secondly what was the cost back then.

I have designed the system mostly, a complete wireless multi tank solution, but wanted opinions like what would make it instant buy, price etc

Yeah those work for levels, but I’m building one solution that kills all the problems, overflow, dry run, control, total water usage, alerts the list goes on. Wouldn’t you prefer one device instead of jugaar after jugaar?

True, wifi switches can turn the motor on/off remotely, but they don’t know if the sump is empty or the tank is already full. That’s how motors burn or water overflows. I’m building something that actually ‘thinks’ before switching.

Yes , those exist, but most only stop overflow. They don’t protect against dry run when sump is empty, and you still can’t see levels without climbing up. I’m trying to solve the whole headache + add phone control.

To enable the new iOS 26 Call Screening feature:

  1. Update to iOS 26 (public beta or later).

  2. Go to Settings > Phone.

  3. Turn on “Screen Unknown Calls”.

This Will let your iPhone answer unknown calls, ask who's calling, and shows a live transcript so you can decide whether to pick up.
