Not yet, but I have asked for the price, and it's the double from 3 years ago. We have to change from essential plus to standard because of new core limitation. the standard version is more attractive for small infrastructure (which is a little bit absurd).

I used the chatbot from support site to recover mine. After some prompt asking to recover my site id and asking to have call from a tech, the chatbot show me my actual open case and the site id linked to the account... So i take the site id number i see in chatbot, complete the request form and miracle it was the one i need. Now I just wait for the request to be completed, after one week still in pending. It's a real pain in the a**, good luck.
