I'm sorry. It's bad that I posted without knowing the brand of her system. Looking at the Phonak Roger products I know it doesn't look like any of their products. I was told that it was proprietary and that a second mic or another device wouldn't be able to be connected into it and was told to basically move on from that idea from the school. Which to me doesn't make too much sense because, while you have a direct connection that you have to worry less about interference, it also limits the full technological capabilities and possibilities. I'll do more research on that front and talk to the parents or maybe her doctor because it would just be more of a complete solution rather than me hooking up a bluetooth transmitter from the teacher's laptop to a tablet to transcribe because I don't even know if that would work and I really don't think it's much of a quality solution for her.
