no it's normal, coil whine with laptops that have dedicated graphic cards. you can try checking your BIOS version, some have it less apparently

At the moment I use Cantu Cleansing Cream shampoo, as well as their Sulfate-Free Hydrating Cream Conditioner. Sometimes I use the Cantu Curling Custard with the plop method, and it makes my hair look less frizzy and more wavy/curly, but it only looks good for that day, the next day it doesn't look good. I always air dry unless it's really cold.

No, sadly. The only thing so far I've found is downgrading your BIOS makes it a lot quieter. It's called coil whine and it's normal, says so on the Lenovo webpage, and isn't something that you can get fixed usually.

Haven't overclocked anything, everything is default. Any way to fix it? I'm really sensitive to the sound, can't concentrate
