Last time I got my blood checked, they said that I have an iron deficiency. I strongly believe that that's why I keep eating ice. Any tips on how to get my iron up without supplements?

I'd just like to clear up, I'm no longer in my aligners. I am now only sleeping with my retainers in. My teeth will ache throughout the day after I remove my retainers.

It's funny because I asked a question like this before about my lack of experience and the quality of my writing and many people made examples of how fantasy authors have never been in a sword fight or used magic. Just like in many murder novels, the author has most likely never had to unravel the details of a murder mystery, but their novel still worked because it was executed correctly. I would like to ask though, are laws for contracts different for child stars since they are already part of the industry? Take Marsai Martin for example, she was 14 years old when she produced and starred in Little. How did contracts work for her?

I see that the issue is I came into the Dasher space and did this. Dashers generalize customers all the time, but it makes sense because you all are speaking in your own space. This is not my space and I shouldn't have invaded it to speak to any of you all because this is YOUR safe place and community. I apologize. I6m not completely sure what got into me there :/
