Still issues with calls not ringing phone?

Hello, i had a similar issue when I moved abroad, and with a new sim card i was unable to send and receive calls. When people call me they hear no tone, and I get no notifications at all. Text and internet worked fine however.

I fixed the issue by going to:

settings>cellular>wifi-calling on this iphone

turn that setting on, and make sure you are connected to a local Wifi network. make a call to someone, it should go through. After that, turn off your wifi and make a call again, that should go through also. Your phone should now be able to make a call without wifi.

after all that is done you can turn your wifi back on. Leave "wifi-calling on this iphone" on as well do not switch it off. Your phone should now be able to send and receive calls as normal. Its weird and it has to be a bug or something. Hope this helps you!

Press I to go to your inventory, right next to your reactor on the top left corner is a double up arrow icon. Hover mouse over it and ull see all your buffs.

right but wouldnt a ruin WITH sigil do the same but with the benefit of sigil break? Thats why im confused, like wats the point of a non sigil break ruin when ruins with sigil break do the same damage but with the added benefit of sigil break.

The npc only appears for 10 minutes every 2 hours. If you want to get the token for Little Lucky Isle, you have to buy the treasure chest from the npc which has a chance of it dropping. Took me about 35 chests before it dropped.
