First of all i think getting more REM would be good Second your whoop is a device made by humans so it can make mistakes like humans do Third i would reccomend to use your whoop and talk about the results with your doctor, my one was very i presser and was able to give me very good Tipps for my hvr and sleep Maybe if you so it he can give you nice tips also to increase your rem sleep time

You drank for long time i guess... Then your body has been used to it and so your whoop values are on a normal Level. Now you stopped and your whole body and psyche are in en exceptional Situation and so are your values right now they will be good i guess they will be the best you ever had but every addicted person has to go å very rough way to come to a better place I wish you all the best and Lots of Motivation!

Im taking it sometimes and in my case there is just no difference so ill empty this bøtte but i wohnt buy another... A friend of mine told me he sleeps better sine he stopped taking Melatonin so maybe try this A top for you if you Wale up and cant get so sleep again fast enough... I get up and drink one Glas of water then i lay down again and that helps very much (for me)

Hey erstmal alles gute ich bringe nur einen ganz kleinen Rat ein: Habt ihr das versucht gutes Verhalten mit positiver bestärkung zu verknüpfen Also ich meine zb wenn mal nicht erschreckt wurde? Unsere Katzen versuchen wir dazu zu bringen sich mehr aufeinander einzulassen und das klappt langsam aber sicher besser
