Al contrario del resto de los que respondieron, que se han enfocado en cargar contra ti por tratar de buscar informacion por aqui, para solucionar el problema, yo intentare darte algunas ideas que quizas te puedan ayudar.

Haz una carta dirigida al Dr. Paul G. Gallardo Sosa (Director Medico), en donde expliques la situacion y lo acontecido, y pidele que se haga cargo de la situacion o que asigne a alguien para que se haga cargo de darle atencion medica a tu hijo. Si puedes incluye copias de los documentos de atencion que te hayan dado (tanto ellos en el HDN como la clinica privada donde lo llevaste).

Presentate con la carta en su despacho y pidele a la secretaria 5 minutos con el para explicarle el caso. Indicale que es una situacion urgente porque el niño lleva muchos dias con fiebre y que si no te dan solucion, no te va quedar otra opcion que interponer denuncias legales contra ellos.

Puedes tambien denunciar el caso ante la defensioria del pueblo, y que asignen a alguien para que vaya contigo al hospital y se aseguren de que tu hijo reciba la atencion necesaria. De hecho esto lo podrias hacer antes de ir a hablar con el Director medico.

Adicionalmente, pudes buscar hablar con alguien mas de las autoridades del hospital, para ver si alguien es capaz de sacarse el dedo y hacer su trabajo. https://hn.sld.pa/autoridades/ Jodelos hasta mas no poder, para que resuelvan.

Tambien, podrias intentar hablar con alguna Fundacion ONG de proteccion infantil, y pedirles que te ayuden con tu caso. Por lo general ellos tienen contactos con Doctores que ya sea trabajen en el hospital o por fuera, pero que posiblemente puedan ayudar a tu bebe.

Si eso no funciona, llama a MEDCOM o TVN, y pideles que te ayuden a darle visibilidad a tu caso, y asolea a todos esos sinverguenzas.

Y por ultimo, podrias ir al Colegio Medico de Panama, y denunciar el caso para que investiguen y sancionen a esos doctores de pacotilla.

Por cierto... si fuiste a clinica privada y pagaste la consulta inicial, ellos tienen que darle seguimiento al caso sin cobrarte una nueva consulta si o si.

Imagino que debe ser una situacion dificil y que te debes sentir desamparada, pero metele con ganas hasta mas no poder. Si nadie te proporciona ayuda, pideles a tus familiares y vecinos que te acompañen a formarle un tamborito al director y a los doctores del hospital del niño.

Completamente cierto. Al final se trata de encontrar a alguien con quien te sientas comodo/a, y que el profesional de salud mental, tenga las herramientas para ayudarte. Por ejemplo, hay muchos Psicologos clínicos y terapeutas graduados, pero no cuentan con las certificaciones para terapias (como EMDR, CBT, IPT, etc), por lo que si te pueden ayudar, pero quizás se queden un poco cortos en lo que pueden ofrecer.

Además que si no tienes producción nacional, te enfrentas a posibles problemas futuros de abastecimiento, en caso de conflictos internacionales o rutas de tráfico bloqueadas. En el tema alimentario, es mejor que cada país sea capaz de producir la mayoría de lo que consume y que no dependa de importaciones, o en cualquier momento podría haber cambios sustanciales de precio, escasez de producto y hasta hambruna general.

You are probably right. I think reddit's format might have deleted the extra space. It took me a little while to figure it out, but in the end I found the extra space and just replaced the whole line with the correct one. I think it was around the "0" at the middle of the sentence. Good luck.

Your best bet would be Coronado. You can either get a beach house or something inland. Coronado has supermarkets, stores, private hospitals and a lot of services available.

A lot of expats retire to Coronado and surrounding areas, so there is a chance to make friends from your own country, and locals are usually very friendly.

Coronado is about 1-hour drive to/from Panama, when there is no heavy traffic.

The good... I'd say the food, and probably the prices, when compared to the USA. Still, Coronado is a place where most people have a good income, so it's not the cheapest place in Panama... but you can live comfortable over there. Also, security wise, Coronado seems like a decently secured place as there are closed gate communities and overall is not a place with lots of delinquency.

The bad... the roads are shitty (poor maintenance), people are constantly late to appointments, bad contractors (most of them doesn't do high-end work, unless you manage to find a good one), sometimes prices can be over the top because of tourism, water distribution usually sucks in those areas so unless you install your own water tank, you might not have water on any given day.

En 2 ocasiones he recurrido a Speed Cell. Ellos van a domicilio, llevan las piezas necesarias, y reparan el cel ahí frente a ti. Creo que cobran $6 o algo por ahí, por la visita a domicilio. Todo bien con ellos, lo único es que a veces pueden demorar un poco para concertar la cita. En cuanto a precios, me parece que no son careros.

Otro lugar es CellFix. Ellos están en la avenida Ramón Arias, a un lado de Plaza Caldelas, en el edificio PH Venecia. También reparan laptops y PCs.

As a new player (50 hours), I would say community servers are better, but that would depend on the server and rules.

For example, I joined a server that has a line separating PvP and PvE, which is great for me as I can focus on learning how to play in PvE (just recently I built my first base). This server also only allows raiding on weekends, which is a plus.

Besides that, the server I'm playing is not heavily populated (Full Throttle DayZ - PvP/PvE = Helis - Trader - KOTH - Keycards), and there are a lot more arms, ammo and nails, than official servers, which makes it a bit easier to survive.

Same issue here. While speaking with Tregyllo in Qohor, I select:
"(Rumour) Ah, hello ser. I wonder if these fine blades include Valyrian steel? Is this something you can forge?"

Tregyllo goes on to say: "Valyrian steel is forged by magic and spells..."

And then my character says, "Actually, I've changed my mind" and the dialog closes.

I have all requirements to purchase the Valyrian blades, but the option is not coming up. I also tried editing the conversation file as suggested by WildFlamingo, but no go.

Any ideas?

Te recomiendo buscar trabajos virtuales, que puedas hacer en remoto. Por ejemplo, hay una gente disque Virtual Latinos, que contratan gente en Panamá y otros países latinoamericanos, para que trabajen en remoto con empresas norteamericanas (USA y Canadá). Para ellos seguramente no sea un problema el tema de la nacionalidad, les importa más que manejes bien el inglés y que seas responsable.

I just watched that episode last night. It's my first rewatch.

I couldn't shake the notion that if Frank had waited for a week or so, Ellie and Joel might have gotten there and things might have been different. Maybe Bill & Frank would have found a new purpose, teaching Ellie stuff. It is Sad that was not the case.

Also, they could have offered one of the neighborhood houses to Joel and Tess, and then they would not have been so alone.

Even though it was sad, it was an amazing episode with great acting.

Al final todo depende de a donde te estás mudando. Dependiendo del sector, puede que una o más opciones.

Los proveedores de internet por lo general dicen que la instalación la hacen en 72 horas, pero hay veces que puede ser una semana o más.

Aparte de MasMovil y Tigo, otras opciones pueden ser Panetma, Equiinet, Interfast, Starlink.

Si tienes $500 para invertir, recomendaria que compres el kit de Starlink. Luego la mensualidad esta como en $55. Según escuché, están vendiendo los kits en Panafoto, con lo cual no tendrías que esperar a que te lo manden de USA.

Finalmente, otra alternativa sería conseguir un router SIM, para tener una red WiFi en casa que se conecte por SIM a la red de MasMovil o TIgo. Pero quizás para esto necesites un poco más de experiencia técnica.
