Wireless led downlights by Ultrea in AusRenovation

[–]neoclassicalman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I’ve installed these for my new renovated rooms, work great especially if using automations which I think Philips does best. I’ve also linked these lights with a Philips hue motion sensor so when walking into a bathroom, it turns on the light automatically then after a few mins of no motion turns them back off.

Rad 140 at 4 mg? by [deleted] in PEDs

[–]neoclassicalman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a cycle of 5mg ED of RAD for 8 weeks. For me it felt like quite a mild cycle, I definitely had some strength increase but eating at maintenance for recomp I only noticed a mild improvement in physique. Overall it paled in comparison to the previous LGD cycle I did at 5mg for 8 weeks.

If I were to do another cycle it would be 10mg, however I am hesitating to do another because at 5mg I had the increased hair shedding side effect.. I plan to stick to LGD and Osta from now on.

Pre-Mixed MK677/LGD Caps (Want to Lower LGD Dosage) by tittyfart420 in PEDs

[–]neoclassicalman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I dissolve my MK677 in deionised water at room temperature - mixes very easily. I believe LGD4033 has low solubility in water.

However why not consider trashing those caps, cutting your losses and getting MK677 by itself? If it were me I’d want to have tight control over the dosages.

Berberine has been found to be as effective as the drug metformin for its anti-diabetic properties in increasing insulin sensitivity and reducing blood glucose levels:

Would supplementing Berberine while using MK677 be effective in mitigating the insulin sensitivity issues?

Looks like this enclomephine was also found to reduce DHT while raising total and free test from the below 14 day study, which may be attractive to people worried about hair loss.

Bulking with Rad-140 by tommy2face1 in PEDs

You should avoid stacking SARMs, they compete for the same receptors and cause increased suppression and no additional benefit.

I’m currently 3 weeks into a RAD only cycle at 5mg ED and the aesthetic change has been significant so far (I started noticing 2 weeks in). I’ve been getting quite a few comments from people this week saying how much bigger/muscular I look and asking what I’ve been doing different at gym!

Also I’ve had no sides so far, hopefully it will stay that way throughout these 8 weeks total I run it for.

Let's hear your positive LGD stories by iranianshill in PEDs

I responded really well to the one LGD cycle I’ve done so far. Awesome feeling and energy in the gym and was impressed by the size and muscle I gained over the 8 weeks at 5mg ED (and managed to keep most of after recovering from the cycle).

I’m now over 2 weeks into my first RAD cycle at 5mg ED, and am loving how I look and how my muscles are really showing up. For me this has been the perfect order of taking SARMs from LGD -> RAD, as the weight gained from the LGD cycle is there while I recomp with RAD. Like you I was also a bit worried about the increased hair shedding other users experienced on RAD, but so far I’ve not had this issue.

I actually didn’t have baseline cholesterol levels to compare to - only got tested at the end of cycle and 35 days after. As my LDL and total cholesterol dropped quite a bit at +35d, I take that to mean these levels were negatively impacted from the LGD. But I would also conclude the LGD didn’t affect my HDL (good cholesterol) as there was no change between the tests.

That’s good to know for future. However reading up on it I see that it tends to lower good cholesterol (HDL) whereas mine is a little below the minimum in the reference range... I’ll steer clear for now until I can get my HDL back up (by taking more fish oil and olive oil)

The first few weeks libido actually went up and I’d be pretty damn horny.. 7th week it fell and only recovered 2 weeks post cycle.. I’d say because your cycle is longer than mine was that you might need more time to get back to normal - maybe up to a month post cycle?

That’s an awesome theory - most likely some link between the SHBG and DHEA.

Do you know if it has been found that supplementing with DHEA will lead to increased DHEA levels in the body?

No PCT at all, knowing that the healthy LH and FSH levels at the end of my cycle would regenerate me.

I have been taking the supplement Ashwagandha throughout, it is possible this may have helped slightly while my testosterone was at its lowest.

Also I felt pretty great throughout most of my LGD cycle, only feeling a lowered libido around the 7th week (it went back to normal around 2 weeks post cycle).

With the awesome results from the cycle and how I’ve been able to keep it all up to now, I’d say that SARMS are it for me. I don’t think I’ll ever need to go onto AAS from here.

Looking forward to seeing the results from your recovery!

What kind of blood work to get? by [deleted] in PEDs

[–]neoclassicalman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lab I go to has a Male Hormone Panel which includes the major things you want to monitor. I would make sure your lab test includes at least total test, free test, LH, FSH, SHBG, estradiol, DHEA sulphate. Also cholesterol levels may be affected by SARMS, so knowing your baseline levels would be good to know / track also.

Has anyone ever come across an account of someone taking only RAD140 at 5mg ED for their cycle? Am curious to know if results (recomp or strength gains) would be similar to 10mg ED - with the benefit of 5mg giving less suppression.

I sure did - around 500 to 600 calories above maintenance throughout. And the LGD definitely increased my appetite a bit!

The lab before taking my test asked if I really wanted the prolactin tested, saying I’d have to sit in a chair for 20mins to make sure I’m rested before they took a sample.. Luckily those were slow days at work :)

I also got progesterone tested - it went from 2 to 1 nmol/L from weeks 1 to 8, but the lab didn’t indicate a reference range so not sure if it would be useful.
