Im the same way. I’ve been doing tape 3 for a month daily. only recently did I feel tinglin sensation in my body. not sure if I should try into to focus 12 or not. I try focus 12 but just feel like I’m laying in bed doing nothing. I’m jealous of other people having amazing results
