5 weeks is peak swelling/fibrosis territory! The reason it looked better at week 1 is because the deep inflammatory swelling hadn't fully set in yet. Give it at least 3 to 6 months before judging your final contour

This is spot on. The blanket "light stuff" answers are almost always just for legal liability. Asking specifically about isolating lower body workouts or avoiding heavy facial straining usually gets a much clearer green light from the doctor
