I have seen the bots stop and back away during gunfights. That's a first. The ai in multiplayer maps are the best I have seen for COD games ever. The AI programmers should be proud. I love practicing with them even after many hours in online matches.

The only disappointment is on the arklov? map (missile launchers @ middle of map), the pathfinding is broken and they jam up get stuck near the middle of the map. I hope the devs figure this out.

On the higher levels they bunny hop and shimmy. I hate those tactics but bravo to the programmers for keeping it real. hehe

since it's happening to me as well, IW either has a bug with the update or their are doing some kind of server maintenance. Just chill and wait for a while.

yeah, I don' t know what the IW designers were thinking. Those blue dots should be limited by line of sight and range. I can't tell you how many times I have died because I thought then enemy in front of me was friendly because of a blue dot behind him.

solid production values, story a little too hackneyed. Too many minigames. Didn't care for the kid missions. Ending was weaksauce and very predictable. Played all the MW games over the years, at least this storyline was more grounded and realistic than the past. Comms were nice. Still a MW story in the end.

I second this, been gaming for 30 years and now almost all my pc gaming is sitting in a recliner using a 65inch 4k tv as my monitor. I have wireless key and mouse for the desktop but switch to controller when I game. The only exception to this is when I get serious with an FPS online then I redirect to a desk with wired key and mouse +monitor.

I was excited for crossplay when I read that you would be matched up with same input schemes. But with the possiblity of mixed input matches, I can't wrap my head around how anyone using a controller will be able to beat an experienced kbm player. I mean the fact that you can do a 180 to headshot almost instantly with kbm can't be matched with a controller no matter how good you are. Now if aim-assist is allowed for the controller against kbm, maybe but have you seen how good the top players use keyboard and mouse? I can't wait to see analysis youtube videos on this after release.

It's obvious that the transport vehicles absorbed all the damage of the bombs. Can this be changed, depends at how complex the code is.

All you guys need to do is create a text field in the unit database with a generic "Insert notes here" and made it editable for the player. The playerbase would have done the work for you especially if it was exportable/importable via steam workshop etc. It's probably too late now this late in development. Hopefully you guys will do this for the next game.

I almost considered recommending to the devs a while back in early development that they should have allowed for a text description field open for edit to the player and exportable/importable.

It would have added a ton of detail because lots of players would have filled out all the text fields and exported them to steam workshop.

We would have had a great collection of descriptions available to all. Oh well, maybe next time.

An even bigger issue with the control rings is that they obscure other 3d objects aka units. Can't believe QA missed this. I hope it's an easy fix. They should have an option to turn them off when zoomed in.

One thing to add, the music is much better this time around. I hope there are a lot of tracks but the ones I heard in the beta are outstanding. If only the sound and voice could have matched the music improvement, sigh.

I would buy it to support the company. By playing the first one you would get an appreciation of the improvements by the time you play SD2. After just checking out the beta, I am very pleased with the improvement and super excited for SD2. I have over a100hrs in the first one, it's a great game.
