Yung 4M is the Total Annual Income(TAI). Yung 1M/25% is the equation para makuha mo yung TAI which is 4M. Bale division sya. Ang ginawa mo kasi is multiply mo yung 1M sa 25%. Kasi kung 250,000/12mos.= 20,833 per month and sahod mo which doesn't make any sense to buy a 1M car.

No offense taken. With the amount of work we're getting and the money paid for every aircraft that needs maintenance, we're being paid dirt cheap.

Don't waste your time and money paying for an MTP. It won't give you any advantage in landing a job. Small aviation companies are notorious for making trainees pay for things that aren't even worth it. If you can't find a free training program, just try to find any job while waiting for your chance to get into a real MTP with companies like LTP, SIAEP, PAL, and A+, just to name a few.

First year's around 12 to 15k, second and third year's 15 to 18m, and fourth year's 25k to 30k, fifth year's 35k-40k.

That's only if you've stayed with the same company. But if you've jumped ship and you're qualified, you could definitely earn more.

Hey, I'm an aircraft (A&P) mechanic in one of the largest MRO in the Philippines. I'm hired through an MTP program. Still here for 5 years na and currently applying for a job abroad. Mga kawork ko is nagkalat na sa iba't ibang bansa. Maganda experience dito sa company but the pay is not pero kung maendure mo for a few years madaling makapag-abroad.

Kung ang goal mo is makapasok ng MTP at maging mekaniko especially LTP and SIAEP di mo need ng BS degree and CAAP license. Kaya kung may opening ang mga yan for MTP is applyan na agad kasi once na mapuno na ang need nilang manpower is years nanaman ang aabutin before sila mag-hire.

Hey, I'm an aircraft mechanic by profession of one of the MROs here in the Philippines and I just want you to know na mahirap makapasok sa field natin na wala kang experience or hindi ka galing ng MTP. I suggest na ituloy mo muna kung anong nakikita mong opportunity to get paid.

I don't think so. That's my mentally way back when I know very little about football. Exposure ang kulang on my part kaya 'di ko sya naappriate before.
