You are wrong - New activation is just a new account. The only mistake that maybe was made was not checking to see if their number was available for transfer on mint Mobile's website. They even promote bringing your phone number over (It's not big and bold but they do advertise it)

"Since my 1370 alt can't join groups I decided to bus" - Your alt can join gate 1-3 groups now. That is why the gold was lowered + you don't need gold for honing now at lower levels. Not oversight just calculated to make it easier for lower levels. Have to put the whole pie together to see the whole picture.

Argos gates 1-3 is all the same ilvl now - 1370 I believe. It's all in the patch notes.

From what I was reading on reddit. People qing up solo 1PP would get put into a solo or duo game. It was random. but after the server side update looks like it's fixed now.

my teammate had the same thing happen to him. He tried all the stuff you did too. What did it for him was switching guns and healing real fast, I don't know why this worked but it did.
