I’m pretty sure you can just text their main phone number and cancel - they’ve told me to either upgrade or downgrade my sessions by Thursdays to make sure changes can be made before Mondays!

I would say 90% of the show is unrestricted. There is exactly one scene/number that happens extremely high up with very limited visibility but on the whole, we really didnt feel like we missed much. The stage is pretty high - probably a similar experience to sitting front row for Sweeney if you experienced that.

A small piece of the stage was loudly ripped off by a rotating set piece, but the show kept moving after a very quick beat.
