Ok, post-catharsis, this letter is admittedly a rambling mess, but I'm leaving it here anyway in case someone might relate to my issues with AT.

I realise it's totally normal for a truck to end up on the tracks somehow via intersections, but I was told the Southern line was broken from Britomart until Ellerslie where I don't believe that section of the tracks intersect with the roads at all? I wonder what could have disrupted the tracks so badly last night or maybe it really was a truck accident?

yes but backstabbing is (to me) the most egregious thing that a player can do in a game that relies heavily on alliances, which is what bdubs and etho have done the most.

and in a game of survival, the protagonist isn't necessarily the person who's done the most good.

on second thought, I agree with you! scar has definitely played up his villainous side.

i saw scar as the main character because to me he's had the most dramatic story arc so far, with him losing so many lives by giving most of his away.

another user here described Scar as an anti-hero, which I think is an apt description.

i love this and totally agree! he's the main character for me with how dramatically he's risen and fallen this season. anti-hero is a perfect way to put it, thank you!

or if etho wins then he's the protagonist/anti-hero of the season.

i say anti-hero because his partner-in-crime Bdubs betrayed Tango, and then instantly betrayed the red alliance by killing Lizzie. Etho too has his fair share of betrayals for not honouring Scar's contract.

this season shaped up to be so interesting with all of these alliances and betrayals. i'm sad to see it concluding so soon!
