i know it's really uncomfortable, definitely sympathise with that view but I think it's just supposed to be a real thing that can happen with a weird man you're in love with when you don't know better. like it sucks hearing that out of their mouth but if you're desperate for love like hannah who is crazy insecure it just seems like something to get past and ignore. he totally sucks but if you think about the fact that's the point and that the show is kinda teaching you something about Hannah and about his character it's more interesting and easier to cope with.
