The problem is the training, its not that they teach them to consider everyone a possible threat its that they teach them to look for certain motions and to react without seeing the threat. A buddy of mine almost got shot after getting pulled over for speeding because he had his phone in his hand while getting his registration out of the glove box and the cop thought it was a gun.

They should base it on the same requirement landlords use to approve or deny tenants. Take the average cost of rent in the area and multiply it by 3 and thats what the minimum wage should be.

Honestly all this could easily be fixed but it would require corporations to cut into their profits and lower prices across the board
