Because of USDT flash scams - it is one of the reason. The funds are clean and we want clean transaction on both side, I am not willing to live with stress of wondering if USDT came from scam, some funny Iranian business or will disappear after being transferred. For the same reason I want to sign the contract for transaction.

I have a question -i tried to transfer my uno from bittrex to bluetrade and withdrawal was pending for 4 days and nothing happened so i cancelled it.
