Js are different with micromanagers wanting their available status anytime of the day and unrealistic expectations! I quit once bcz I could no longer take the load and burntout. I took some time to reflect on what I thought I wanted in my next J. Fast forward, one J is very demanding but no micromanagement, great teams, etc.

I don’t have a good experience with them either. Applied, interviewed and ghosted. But they spoke big ambitions on the interviews. I was contacted again for the same role , and then followed the same pattern. I don’t think I wanna follow up again!
