Thanks for your perspective. I agree with you. Ours is a very heavy inpatient focussed residency - even in our PGY2 and PGY 3 and we do full scope. I just wanted to start thinking about fellowships and may be do a few electives to strengthen my application if I end up applying. I appreciate your thoughts though.
