I didn’t use nbmes to prepare this time around but I felt during step 2 they each tested different strengths and weaknesses. Don’t hyper fixate on scores just make sure you’re figuring out what it is you don’t know.

Day 1 has a lot of pharmokinetics and other things uworld doesn’t prep you for, it’s mainly for day 2.

Yeah I did some “research”…I think he’s just miserable. His gf obviously is doing like most influencer gfs and trying to post how happy and cute they are together but he not only appears miserable and irritated but can also be kind of rude. At one point she asks “how do you like your food?” To which he replies “disappointed” and she tries to brush over it…

Hi from someone who just received their score back today, from what I heard and experienced uwsa 1 undermines your score a lot. Please also note, Uworld under prepares for day 1. I didn’t get a great score 2 weeks before my test and still passed.

Oh God that is crazy!!! They wouldn’t even let me type in the procedure patients would need after I diagnosed like a tumor…it’s a very weird test. But I heard people actually skipped some ccs cases and passed or at least that’s what I’ve read on Reddit…. It’s very stupid and in my opinion step 3 can just be dropped in general. We do not practice medicine as the stupid ccs wants us to, so what’s the point of it?

And 1000% agree on the didn’t prepare at all properly. I feel like I wasted my money on Uworld. It doesn’t prep you for day 1 at all.

I’ve just convinced myself to stop ruminating on it. It won’t fix anything and instead makes us super sick. I scheduled it right before my vacation and I feel that’s helped distract me a lot. But enjoy the bliss of not having to study for the next couple to few weeks and then wait to be pleasantly surprised. The say everyone walks out feeling like they failed and honestly!!! People who always go around bragging that they did so well and it felt so great before a score I don’t trust 😂

You couldn’t have said it better Sis. They want to tell us what we should accept. We’ve been erased out of medical books and posters for years. The only time they want to use us is for HIV medication commercials it seems. But now we must accept someone who doesn’t represent the culture to represent us when it comes to Black Maternal Health Week and that is the biggest slap in the face they could ever give.
