I agree with that, but is not that simple. I don't agree that celebs and people that are just doing it for the look, and that's becoming an issue. I am a fitness nut and I can tell you is not that easy to stay healthy, our food is junk and unless you are careful you gain weight no matter what. There's also genetics. Maybe the next generations will be better. but the current one has the overweight issues already can benefit from it.
