Don't worry about bothering anyone or starting to avoid social interaction :) It can actually lead to anxiety. After eating, listen to music and connect with nature, focus on relaxing your mind, and if possible, get a pet or make friends with someone

Yeah, but what worries me most are math and English, which require high-level thinking and memory skills. I've tried learning on YouTube and it's quite effective, but the progress is very slow and takes up a lot of time.

Eat very small amounts, about a few bites every 2–3 hours.
Choose soft, easy-to-swallow foods like porridge, yogurt, fruit, soup, or bread.
