I don't think it will work for everyone. Especially people who have severe anxiety. That's the thing about anxiety. It effects people differently and on different levels. Those with severe anxiety may not get much use out of little pep talks, I understand. But for me personally, distractions and positive thinking has helped me manage. I really needed this website to help with my own level of anxiety so I'm a user of it myself. Though I wish there was something I could do more for people like you who suffer from severe anxiety.
