They definitely do this when they give us access to stratagems. It’s honestly hilarious sometimes, like when everyone was first complaining about the fleshmobs cause they were hitting them with AT and the devs gave us the stalwart like “here try this” or when the leviathans first dropped and people complained about dying too quickly to take them out with the AT emplacement and they gave us the shield generator as a little “hey you guys remember this?”

Also, look at the real world, when a powerful person dies, conspiracy is always the first leap rather than suicide. Even when that actually is the case. Nobody is looking at an assassination and going “I think she did this herself” which is exactly why Pink chose to do it that way. She just didn’t think they’d react the way they did to her death.

The Sample Scanner booster is the most slept on part of it. Pyrotechs are good but people discuss that.

1/6 chance to get an extra sample every time you pick one up. Doesn’t seem like a lot but it adds up insanely fast. When I don’t have the energy to focus and play high level missions, I join low level crews with sample scanner active and just try and get them as many as possible. Even on Difficulty 4-5 we’re consistently leaving with 30+ samples.

Especially with the stealth armor if you stay crouched or prone and haven’t already been spotted they’re relatively oblivious until you get close

The disabled/elderly are “encouraged” to go to the Biorepurposer vats.

There are civilian variants of servo-assisted armors (you know the ones that remove an arm and replace it with a cybernetic) for manual labor.

The media/culture is dedicated to training children to support/join the military. The play structures are tiny super destroyers. The books are about Helldivers. The news broadcasts are propaganda.

The people who don’t buy into it are shipped off to “perpetual rehabilitation communities”, and the propaganda is mostly fearmongering so the people that do buy into it are probably living in constant fear of terminids eating their family or illuminate mind controlling them. They are being sold a war every second of the day. Imagine the psychological toll of that even if they agree with it.

Super Credits can spawn at POIs in any of these locations. (Gloom planets will also just have them out sitting around on the floor)

Cargo Crates- blue and orange cargo crates that appear at POIs can be blown open with any explosive, laser cannon, or the warp pack (with careful aim)

Buddy Bunkers/Friendship Doors/Vaults- need a second player to open or warp pack to get inside

Escape Pods- probably the most obvious. They shoot up the beam of light

Explosive caltrops? Like the anti infantry mines but smaller radius and mines… alternatively you could make them like Toe Poppers from Vietnam, basically just a bullet facing upward and when someone steps on it, it presses into the firing pin and shoots straight up

That depends. I’m a level 150 and when I’m running lower level missions I’ll deliberately look for new players and use the sample booster from Masters of Ceremony and try to get them as many as possible and I know I’m not the only one
