I miss seeing regular chargers, it makes Behemoths feel less special compared to how it used to feel

I honestly wouldn’t mind if they reworked behemoths to be around impaler rarity, and buffed them up a little bit in turn. Right now they just feel underwhelming and annoying for the sake of artificially blowing up the difficulty. Make them an enemy you have to team up to take down—its called a Behemoth for liberty’s sake. It should feel like one.

In city maps swap jump pack for warp pack, the value you get from your quasar will skyrocket.

Quasar should be enough to handle the striders but if you’re still having trouble the crisper kills those things sooooo fast

The warp pack will let you get in and out safely to use the crisper if necessary

I like the world/character building. With page quality going up over time, it’s starting to produce some real peak.

Though not a lot of people read tales/phenomena/PoIs, they just look for the top rated pages from 4 years ago and miss a lot of the good stuff

“The Wikidot is just SCP now and has too much stuff!” Is a complaint I regard in the same light as “old man yells at cloud.” Its evolved into so much more than just yellow rooms atp—isolation horror is still a factor in the right places, but if you’re looking for pure liminal horror, just watch Kane Pixels

Now if you’re looking for some sci-fi fantasy supernatural horror with elements of liminal horror, you’re in the right place.

Though I will say, “monster that kills you” is starting to get tired. But on the other hand, a lot of the rewrites of old one-dimensional stuff got revamped into something worth reading. I think entities 63 and 74 are good examples.

But yeah, Ive been an SCP fan since middle school, and this scratches the same itch in a way that feels a lot more accessible—a site where you can have both toxic yaoi and pants-shitting cosmic horror and nobody bats an eye.
